You can book your horse riding route by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, email, Telegram or in person at our centre.

You must tell us which horse riding route you want to do, how many people and on what date, providing us with a name and a mobile number, to specify the day and time according to availability.

Rogamos puntualidad; el día de la salida mejor presentaros en Cavalls Wakan unos 10-15 minutos antes de la hora de la reserva para conocernos, confirmar la reserva, rellenar la ficha del seguro obligatorio, si fuera el caso la autorización para los menores de edad y procesar el pago.

La hora de la reserva es la hora de la salida de la ruta a caballo. El guía se reserva el derecho de partir a la hora prevista si hubiera mas participantes en la ruta. Si llegan tarde, perderán su paga y señal, si la hubiera.

Cavalls Wakan se reserva el derecho de cancelar la ruta por climatología adversa, seguridad, imprevistos, etc. ofreciendo a las reservas nuevas fechas para la ruta o la devolución total del importe pagado.

Si el pronóstico indica mal tiempo le avisaremos con la mayor antelación posible.

You don't need professional clothing and accessories for a pleasant horse ride, you just need to take a few simple precautions.

Children under 8 years old cannot go off-road in the natural environment, they can only ride on the track accompanied by a responsible adult.

Minors over 8 years old can go off-road with prior written authorization from a responsible adult. When there are more than two minors, they must also be accompanied by an adult.

Our horses have been specially trained and the routes have been prepared to provide a safe and pleasant experience, but there are always risks inherent to the activity, so the responsibility of the participants to follow the guide's rules is essential.

We must also respect the integrity of the ecosystem and the environment, and take care of the horses, without shouting or violent attitudes.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during the ride.

Violation of the established rules, especially through behaviors that put at risk the safety and integrity of the participant, the other members of the group, those responsible for the group and the animals, will authorize the person responsible to stop the ride and exclude the offender from the group, who will not have the right to any claim, refund or compensation.

You must bring an identification document (passport, ID or driver's license) to register, sign the mandatory insurance and, in the case of minors, to fill out and sign the written authorization as the adult responsible for the minor.
